To ensure a smooth and efficient administrative process, all submissions must be completed entirely online via the Conference Management System (CMS) at ugm.id/astechnova25submit. Submissions via email will not be accepted.

Submission Steps:

• Account Registration
  Authors are required to create an account by selecting the “Register” option located in the top menu of the conference submission portal. Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and free from typos, as it will be used to validate your registration and for all subsequent correspondence related to the conference.

• Email Validation
  After completing the registration form, you will receive a validation email. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if necessary) and click the verification link provided in the email to confirm your account.

• Account Review and Login Credentials
  Once your email has been validated, the Astechnova organizing committee will review your registration information. Upon approval, you will be issued a login code, which will be sent to your registered email address.

• Login to the Submission Portal
  After receiving your login code, please visit https://interconf.org/2025/astechnova/kfz/ and log in using your registered email address and the provided login code.

• Extended Abstract Submission
  Once logged in, you will be able to submit your extended abstract via the online portal by clicking on the “Abstract”option in the menu. Fill out the required fields, then upload your extended abstract using the official template, which can be downloaded from https://astechnova.ugm.ac.id/downloads/.

• Document Uploads
  After your account has been approved, you will also be able to upload other necessary documents through the system, such as proof of payment, revised papers, and any additional files required. Please note that submissions via email will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Review Process
  All stages of the review process will be conducted entirely through the online submission system. Authors will be notified of any required revisions or decisions via the portal.

• Monitoring Submission Status
  Authors are strongly encouraged to log in to the system regularly to monitor the status of their submissions, respond to reviewer comments, and stay updated with any important announcements or deadlines related to the conference.
